Hi and thanks for contacting us, we are 100% Australian, independent, and neutral on the advice we give.

Just so we know our hard work is not in your "Spam" folder, could you please reply with “Thanks” so we know you have this.

There are 2 options in attached spreadsheet:

Radio - Option ONE: Attached is a normal media plan with 1 week of advertising. In Sydney there are 9 commercial radio stations from
NOVA, Smooth FM, Triple M, 2DAY FM, 2GB, 2WS FM, KiiS FM and 2SM. Generally, the higher the ratings, the more the station charges.

ATN - Option TWO: I have also included ATN(Australian Traffic Network) as this is also a powerful way to impact maximum listeners
“very quickly” across “All radio stations” simultaneously in Sydney, so you get 10 second ads on all 10 radio stations.

That means you impact over 2,500,000 listeners or over 50% of the total population of Sydney in 1 week.

 So an example would be:

“ ....The latest traffic report, presented by (Your company name), with (insert special offer here) or check us out on (Phone or Web/URL here) …”
– You can have 22 words

The radio schedule we have sent is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, but this may vary  with the type of business you have.
Eg some businesses use a Wed-Sat, some Mon-Sun etc.

The ads quoted are 30 second radio commercials, which is what 80% of all radio advertisers use. 15 second radio commercials are available,
but normally they cost 75% of the full 30 second rate. (So not very economical).

Also, these commercials are scheduled in the 6am to 7pm time slot, traditionally called “Prime Time” in radio. If you only want one shift/time zone
Eg Breakfast (6am to 9am) or Drive time (3pm to 7pm) the price will increase. (Generally, 20% to 40%)

This information is accurate as of today, but radio station do change rates daily/weekly due to demand, seasonality and ratings, so like airline bookings,
if you are thinking of doing something, try and book as early as possible. We can normally book your radio campaign, write your radio commercial,
produce the finished ad and have you “On air” within 2 to 4 days. 24 hours if urgent.

While these are discounted rates (As we buy a lot of media each year), we will negotiate extra bonus/free ads once we have final budgets and booking.

(Bonus ads are at 100% at the discretion of the radio stations, not us unfortunately)

The only other cost for the radio campaign is the production fee, or the cost for writing and producing your radio commercial(s). These production costs
can be up to $500 per 30 second ad. We have a special offer of $300 with your next campaign to write and produce your 1 voice radio commercial.

We have a number of media planning, buying and production companys, so if you need other information outside radio, (Like TV, outdoor, digital) please let us know.

Please find below a summary of the process and next stages:

ONE - Have a think about the budget you want to spend on radio

TWO - Work out the dates you want to be “On Air” with the campaign

THREE - Once you have a budget and the dates send us information for our creative team to start writing your radio commercial.
30 second radio commercials are around 80 words.

Your information should include, the name of the business/event, date, time or event, opening and closing times if appropriate, any specials, phone
number if applicable and web address. Please add any other info we may need to write the best ad for you.
