Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch! We’re proud to be 100% Australian, 100% Independent, and fully neutral — so the advice we give is always focused on what works best for you.

Two Great Radio Options for the Gold Coast – See Attached Spreadsheet:

Option 1 – Traditional Radio Campaign

This is your standard one-week media plan across the Gold Coast’s top commercial radio stations:
Hot Tomato, Triple M Gold Coast, and Hit 90.9.

These stations have strong local audiences, and pricing depends on ratings — higher listenership usually means a slightly higher cost. We’ll help you find the best value based on your goals.

Option 2 – ATN (Australian Traffic Network)

Want to reach more people fast? ATN runs 10-second traffic sponsorships during live reports that go out across all key Gold Coast stations — at the same time.

That means reaching upwards of 300,000+ listeners in a single week — ideal for short, sharp campaigns that pack a punch.

Example 22-word script:
"The latest traffic update is brought to you by (Your Business), with (Your Offer). Visit us at (Phone or Website).”

Good to Know:

  • The attached schedule is based on a Monday to Friday plan, but we can adapt it — some businesses prefer a Wed–Sat or Mon–Sun setup.
  • The ads quoted are 30 seconds, which is what most radio advertisers use. 15-second ads are available, but they typically cost around 75% of a full-length spot — so they’re not as cost-effective.
  • Your ads will run during Prime Time (6am–7pm).
Want to focus on breakfast (6–9am) or drive time (3–7pm) only? That’s possible — just note it usually adds 20–40% to the cost.
  • Like airline prices, radio rates fluctuate with demand, so the earlier you book, the better the deal.
  • Once you're ready, we can have your campaign booked, ad written and produced, and on air within 2–4 days — even 24 hours for urgent campaigns!

Production Offer:

  • Standard production cost: up to $500 per 30-second ad
  • Our special offer: Just $200 for professional scriptwriting and 1-voice production on your next campaign!

What’s Next?

  1. Think about your radio budget
  2. Pick your preferred “On Air” dates
  3. Send us your ad details, including:
    • Business/event name
    • Dates, specials, and key info
    • Phone number and/or website
    • Any other details that’ll help us write a great ad for you!

We also plan and book across TV, outdoor, digital, and more — so if you’re thinking bigger than radio, just say the word.

Any questions or ready to get started? Give me a call or drop me an email — we’d love to help you get your message heard!

Kind regards,
