Hi Team …

Thanks so much for getting in touch! We're proudly 100% Australian, independent, and completely neutral — so our advice is always based on what’s best for you.

Before we jump in, could you please reply with a quick “Thanks” so we know this email didn’t end up in your spam folder?

Two Great Radio Options for Geelong – See Attached Spreadsheet:

Option 1 – Traditional Radio Campaign

This option includes a one-week media plan across Geelong’s key commercial radio stations, such as:
K Rock 95.5 and Bay 93.9 — the two major players in the region.

Costs vary based on listenership and time of day, but we’ll help tailor the schedule to suit your goals and budget.

Option 2 – ATN (Australian Traffic Network)

If you want to reach the maximum number of listeners quickly, ATN is a smart option. You get 10-second sponsor ads during live traffic reports that air across multiple stations simultaneously.

This format lets you reach a broad regional audience, including commuters and key demos, all within one week.

Example 22-word script:
"The latest traffic update is brought to you by (Your Business), with (Your Offer). Visit us at (Phone or Website).”

What You Should Know:

  • The plan is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, but it’s flexible — we can adjust to a Wed–Sat or Mon–Sun format if that suits you better.
  • We’ve quoted for 30-second ads, the most popular choice among advertisers. 15-second ads are available, but typically cost about 75% of the full rate — not the best value.
  • Ads run during Prime Time (6am–7pm).
Want to target specific windows like breakfast (6–9am) or drive time (3–7pm)? That’s an option — though it can increase rates by 20–40%.
  • Radio prices change often based on demand — just like airline tickets — so booking early is the best way to lock in value.
  • Once confirmed, we can have your campaign on air in 2–4 days, or within 24 hours if needed urgently.

Production Details:

  • Regular cost: up to $500 for a 30-second ad
  • Special offer: Just $200 for full scriptwriting and 1-voice ad production on your next campaign!

What to Do Next:

  1. Think about your radio budget
  2. Choose your ideal “On Air” dates
  3. Send us your ad info, including:
    • Business/event name
    • Dates, times, offers, or key messages
    • Phone number and/or website
    • Anything else that’ll help us craft the perfect ad for you

We also help with TV, digital, outdoor, and more — so if you’re exploring other media, just let us know!

If you have any questions or want to talk through options, feel free to call or email — we’d love to help you get your message on air.

Kind regards,
